Progression Benefits

Sword Spin (Combo)

As a Combo, you can use the Attack Action a number of times equal to or less than your Skill Bonus.

Each Attack Action granted by this Combo must be made against a different Target, and must be a Melee Attack with a Sword.

You cannot Move or use other Actions or Reactions between the Attacks of this Combo.

If an Attack granted by this Combo is a Critical Hit, instead of gaining an Extra Attack the Target takes Additional Damage equal to the Sword’s Damage Rating.

Sunder (Technique)

When you make a Melee Attack with a Sword, you can declare you are using the Sunder Technique.

The Damage caused by this Attack is considered Direct, ignoring a Target’s Deflection Bonus.

Lunge (Technique)

When you make a Melee Attack with a Sword, you can declare you are using the Lunge Technique.

This Attack cannot be Countered.

Guard

When you or an Adjacent Target are Hit by a Melee Attack you can as a Reaction use a Sword to add your Skill Bonus to the Evasion DC of the Hit Target, potentially turning the Hit into a Miss.

Double Slash (Combo)

As a Combo you can make two Attacks, provided both Attacks use a Sword.

Sword Dance

You can Move and use the Move Action between the Attacks granted by the Sword Spin Combo.

Perfect Cut

Attack Checks using Swords are Critical Hits on a d20 Result of 18 or Higher.
