Starting Benefits

Piercing Dagger

Damage you cause using Daggers is considered Direct, ignoring a Target’s Deflection Bonus.

Dagger Training

You become Skilled in Daggers and one other Weapon Type of your choice.

If you are already Skilled in Daggers, you can instead choose any two Weapon Types.

Weapons Types include Axes, Bows, Clubs, Daggers, Guns, Improvised, Polearms, Shields, Swords and Whips.

Progression Benefits

Grab and Stab (Combo)

While you are Grappling a Target you have Advantage on Melee Attacks against them which use a Dagger.

Additionally you gain the Grab and Stab Combo.

As a Combo, you may use a Skill Action to make an Athletics with Might Skill Check to Grapple an Adjacent Character, followed by an Attack Action to make a Melee Attack with a Dagger against them.

The Skill Check is Opposed by the Target’s Might or Dexterity with Athletics Skill Check.

The Performance of your Skill Check may result in Benefits or Detriments of the GM’s choosing.

Knife Trick (Combo)

As a Combo, you may use a Skill Action to make Dexterity or Charisma with Trickery Skill Check against a Character who can See you to either hide a Dagger from their view or Disguise your intent to Attack them, followed by an Attack Action to make an Attack with a Dagger against them.

The Skill Check is Opposed by the Target’s Focus with Trickery Skill Check.

The Performance of your Skill Check may result in Benefits or Detriments of the GM’s choosing.

If your Skill Check Succeeds, the Attack you make as part of this Combo has Advantage and will on a Hit cause the Target to be Shocked until the Start of your Next Turn.

Dagger Parry

When you are Hit by an Attack, you may as a Reaction use a Dagger to attempt to Parry it. Your Evasion DC is increased by your Speed Bonus for that Attack, potentially turning the Hit into a Miss.

If you Successfully turn a Hit from an Adjacent Attacker into a Miss, you may make a Melee Attack with a Dagger against them as part of this Reaction.

Twist the Knife

When the Performance of a Successful Melee Attack with a Dagger is Strong, you may as a Reaction Twist the Knife.

The Target takes Additional Damage equal to your Character Level and must make a Body Defense Check against your Martial Effect DC. If they Fail, they are Weakened until the Start of your Next Turn.

Dagger Flurry

When you use the Flurry Combo, you can make three Attacks instead of two provided all three Attacks are made using Daggers only.

Double Stab (Combo)

As a Combo you may make two Attacks, provided both Attacks use a Dagger.
